Q: My order is on-hold, is there an issue with it?
A: Nope! All orders that aren’t digital products are placed on-hold which just means your order is in and in the queue but your credit card will not be processed until we go to ship your order out.
Q: How long until my order ships?
A: Orders are being shipped from our facility 1-5 days from when they are placed. We ship orders out on Mondays-Fridays.
